Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

The time it takes to prepare your order for shipment.

  • All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Ham Lake, Minnesota.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed.

  • You will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped, which will include tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping Carriers: We use reliable carriers, including USPS and UPS, depending on the weight and destination of your package.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery is typically estimated to take 3-5 business days after the order has been shipped.

  • Delivery Delays: Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to high volume or unforeseen carrier issues.

3. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States.

  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

4. Free Shipping

  • We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. domestic orders totaling $50 or more (excluding taxes and after any discounts are applied).

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

6. Damages, Lost Packages, and Issues

Farmer You is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want to ensure you receive your items.

  • Damaged Items: If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Then, contact us immediately at customerservice@farmeryou.com so we can assist you with the process.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows the package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our shipping policy focuses solely on the delivery of goods. For information regarding returns, exchanges, or refunds, please refer to our separate Return Policy page.
